Diversity & Inclusion Partner - Pune @ Amdocs

In one sentence
The Diversity and Inclusion partner will lead diversity & inclusion for India including strategic planning, program management, cross unit collaborations etc. The partner will be part of the global diversity and inclusion team (as part of the CSR team) and will also lead and support global initiatives.

What will your job look like?
You will work with cross-organizational functions, including executives, in the region to design and execute end-to-end programs to drive Amdocs diversity and inclusion strategy, with a focus on gender diversity
You will design and lead end-to-end regional and global programs to promote diversity and inclusion while connecting to the business strategy
You will work with different functions to draw insights on trends, demographics, and statistics of diversity and inclusion in Amdocs and in our eco-system
You will develop communication materials, including presentations, intranet, website, social media, etc.
You will represent Amdocs at external events, meetings, and conferences related to diversity and inclusion

9+ years relevant experience
Experience in creating impact and leading change in a complex corporate environment
Strategic and systematic thinking, with a strong understanding of Amdocs India
Excellent consultation skills, including experience with executive functions
Strong project management skills, with attention to details and the ability to multi-task
Ability to cultivate relationships with diverse stakeholders, within and outside Amdocs
Strong Analytical skills ability to draw meaningful insights from data
Facilitation & presentation experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
