Testing Lead - Bengaluru/Bangalore - msg @ MSG Global Solutions

What will you do

• Leading the Testing Teams to the success of the project

• Deploying and managing resources for testing

• Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team

• Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement.

• Managing reporting and daily client interaction

What experiences you should have

• Strong knowledge in testing and testing processes

• Experience in mentoring juniors both technically and otherwise.

• Strong Credentials in Test Automation.

• Experience with Performance Management, measurements and reporting in a business context

• Experience leading and managing a project team or workstream

• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal and communication skills to communicate effectively and accomplish results

• Experience with working with American customers on a daily basis

• Proven ability to drive projects to success.

• Bachelor s Degree or above in business-relevant area.
