Job Description

Counseling around 100 customers over outbound calls every day and converting them into Lab appointments.
Maintaining procedures, processes, and quality on all the calls.
Achieving 4 hours of talk time on a daily basis on connected calls.
Achieve Lab appointment targets of 60 bookings per day.
Skills Needed:
1-3 years of sales experience.
Good communication skills and proficiency in English and Hindi.
Good interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
Team player.
Experience in the HealthCare domain will be preferred.
Excellent selling and negotiation skills
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Knowledge of MS office
