Job Description

Display and Paid Social Specialist

The Search Agency is looking to bring on a driven and experienced analyst for our display and social media efforts. The primary responsibilities of this role will be to strengthen the capabilities of our Bangalore office as it relates to Paid Social Advertising and Display Advertising campaigns.

Primary Duties:

Manage paid marketing campaigns based on the agreed upon strategic direction provided by US Team members.
Ensure campaign setup and delivery is aligned with the tactical plan and offer strategic and tactical recommendations to help shape future planning.
Optimize media campaigns towards agreed upon target KPIs within various advertising platforms, including but not limited to: Google Display Network, Yahoo Ads Manager, Oath (formerly Brightroll) DSP, Amazon AAP DSP, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads ,LinkedIn Advertising Products
Support the development of best practices in ad trafficking through Doubleclick Campaign Manager (DCM) for all display, email and paid social campaigns.

Required Experience( 3-5 years) :

Ad server, preferably Doubleclick Campaign Manager
Display management within the Google Display Network
Social media advertising experience within Facebook

Ability to quickly pick up new concepts
Willingness to try something new with limited experience and/or direction
Ability to communicate effectively to US based counterparts
