Job Description
Responsibilities- To followup with clients having issues
- To provide sloutions or support as per requirement
- To ensure customer success
- To lead by example and set standards for the rest of the team

- Network Design and Implementation.
- Network Troubleshooting.
- Problem Solving and Analytical Skill.
- Time Management Skill.
- Client Management Skill.
- LAN Connectivity Knowledge.
- Network Hardware Configuration
- Network Performance Tuning
The Network Engineer directly reports to the CIO and has a
leadership level input and is provided a free hand in technical
decision making in day to day operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent degree in Computer Science / IT
or Networking.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Networking.
Soft Skills
- Communication is essential be it with clients or co-workers.
- Humbleness We always look for humble human beings who
have the right attitude towards their work and maintain integrity.
(Due to the ongoing pandemic and changing nature of work, we would
be looking for candidates that are comfortable with managing virtual
meetings and are proficient with using CRM tools in future)
