4+ years of experience managing ITSM Automation solutions in System Center Orchestrator, planning, designing and implementing automation solution in IT Infrastructure and Operations domain

Should have atleast 3-4 years of exposure on IT process automation tool Microsoft System Center Orchestrator.

SME level knowledge of PowerShell is mandatory and knowledge on other scriting languages like Python is added advantage. Hands on knowledge on SQL.

Experience in End User Compute domain and IT infrastructure domains like Wintel, Database, messaging. Experience working with and integrating ServiceNow.

Good understanding of the  ITIL and DevOps. Implement runbook automation for native Windows processes. Develop advanced runbooks using real-world scenarios. Implement configuration of error-handling and log monitoring Implement disaster recovery methods. Implement maintenance and troubleshooting steps in Orchestrator 2012. Exposure/experience in Chatbot, AI-Ops, Azure Runbooks, etc desirable..
