Job Title: Accounts Executive

Qualification: Requirement: B.com (fresher most welcome)

Holidays: UK Easter & Christmas holidays and Privilege Leave as per Company Policy

Working Hours: 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday and Monthly 2 Saturdays

Job Role:

Reliable, Smart, Outgoing Personality and intelligent for Accounts Executive to join our Team.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Invoices, credit notes, supplier statement, all others document processing

2. Eager to learn other work and support any Ad hoc tasks

3. Produce relevant, accurate and timely financial information

4. Various monthly reports preparation.

Salary will be negotiable

Terms and conditions of the Employment

1. The employee must stay with Imaginations Softech solutions Pvt Ltd for at least 24 Months. This is required to ensure professional attention to the client project and stability of the task force.

2. If employee decides to leave the company, she/he must provide a written notice of at least one month in advance. This will allow the company enough time to hire and train replacement of the employee.

3. If employee fails to perform up to the expectation of company, the company reserves the right to terminate his/her employment with a written notice of one month in advance.

4. To ensure his commitment time of 2 years company will take a cheque from the employee equivalent to his/her notice period salary (2 months CTC Amount), the company will return cheque once commitment time will be over.

Note:

* Entire office will be under the surveillance of CCTV.

* Mobile phones are allowed only in break timings. In case of an emergency, there will be office number which can be used.

* No Indian holidays.
