Job Description
1. Independently handling and closing volume hirings through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
2. Ensuring healthy pipe line of candidates is maintained at all times
3. Partnering with Business leaders and Regional HR partners for workforce management.
4. Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirement.
5. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
6. Offer Negotiation and roll outs
7. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
8. Mentor and Coach the team and provide support
9. Arranging Walk-In drives.
10. Preparing MIS for all the Offers, Open & Closed positions.
11. Experience in bulk hiring
