Job Description
Designation- Customer Care ExecutiveSenior customer care executive
Team Leader
Shift timings: -
TIMING - Morning (6:30AM - 11AM.)
Evening(5:30PM - 9.45PM.)
SALARY -5,000- 15,000 /- pm (Fixed +Incentives.)-FULL TIME
Process: ELD DEVICE - Outbound & Inbound Voice Process
(Lead Generation /Sales/Customer Service) .
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :-
Good communication skills in English. (* Mandatory*).
Minimum Qualification 10th passed.
Candidate must be smart, agile & goal oriented.
Hands on experience on International Voice Process.
Outbound Sales background (preffered) if experienced.
NOTE :- * For Team leader minimum 1yr exp required in International outbound sales process as TL .
For Call closers / SR.CCE minimum 6m 1yr exp required in international outbound sales process.
