Urgent Hiring for Backend Profile in Leading MNC based out of Bangalore

Profile: Backend Process (operations)

Job Location: Bangalore (Initially work from Home but shall be ready to relocate to Bangalore)

Mandatory Requirements :

• Laptop or Computer with Windows 10 OS System
• Proper Internet Connection
• Minimum Graduation Required in any stream
• Should be okay to relocate to Bangalore.

Salary: 2.5 - 3 LPA

Eligibility :-

1. Graduate Freshers with good English communication skills (written & Spoken) can apply

2. upto 1 yrs of Experience in Backend process can apply

Additional Perks

2. Shift Allowances based on the Shift they are doing ,

3. Covid Allowance of RS 1300 every month given which is applicable only on Covid ,

4. Insurance for them & their family up to 5Lacs ,

5. They get cabs for pick up & Drop for Night shift.

Shift: 5 Days Working, Sat & Sun fixed off

1. Day ( 8:30 AM 5:30 PM )

2.Evening shifts, 3 timings ( 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM , 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM , 8:30PM -5:30 AM) .

(Candidate can choose the shift however final decision of allocation would be with the company as per requirement. He should be flexible with respect to shift allocation)

VERY IMPORTANT TO NOTE THE INTERVIEW PROCESS (10 day long process)

LEVELS OF ASSESSMENT: (10 days )

• Aptitude Test & Personality Test Online to be completed within 24hours
• PROCEDURE TEST 4-5 hours
• Quality First Assessment 8 days Process ( 8AM - 5 PM )
