Purpose of Job

Monitor and ensure efficient operations at new initiatives units in coordination with various internal and external stakeholders and ensure compliance to statutes, standards, data management and MIS.

Key Responsibility Area

• Preparation of budgets, monitoring and reporting the expenditure against plan of all the three units (Chhindwara, Jangipur and Sivagangai).

• Coordinate with the field teams, service providers and DHQ teams and ensure timely payments and agreements/ MoUs with Farm Contractors and other Service Providers

• Ensure compliance to various applicable statutes and SOPs.

• Result oriented and responsible for coordinating with various field teams on activities of agri extension activities to meet the objectives set by the organisation.

• Coordination with the team on data capture and its analysis

• Manage and keep up the records efficiently so as to get the necessary information easily.

Personal profiling

• Min 5 years of experience

• Strong knowledge of Accounts and finance.

• Highly self motivated and demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Proven ability to handle the mental and physical demands.

• Demonstrated ability to work well with people from a variety of backgrounds.

• Negotiation and coordination skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent Computer skills.
