Job Description

Profile- Customer Care Executive/ Sr. Customer Care Executive/Team Leader
Location- Shakespeare Sarani(Nearby Maidan/Rabindra sadan Metro station)
Shift- Full Time Shift- Night(9 PM to 6 AM)
Part Time Shift- Evening(5 PM to 9.30 PM)
Candidates with good communication skills and comfortable with Night/Evening shifts can apply.

1. 10th/12th/Graduate or Postgraduate are eligible.
2. Good Communication skill in English required.
3. Comfortable with Night/Evening Shift.
4. Pick-up & drop service will be provided
5. 5 Days working, Saturday/ Sunday Fixed off. 9 hr shift with 8 hour Log in & 1 hour break.
Salary- 5k to 15k+incentives For Part Timers
10k to 18k+incentives For cce & Sr. CCE- full Timers.
25k to 30k+Incentives For Team Leaders.
(Salary no bar for good candidates.)

Must have good communication skill in English.
