Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Researching and analyzing consumer behaviour, market trends and competitor activity.
2.Developing and implementing strategies that resonate with the target market.
3.Planning and executing marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships and social responsibility programs.
4.Building brand awareness and increasing brand value.
5.Collaborating with different teams such as marketing, admissions etc.
6.Advertisements, promotional materials and mail campaigns.
7.Ensuring that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and Institutional values.
Skills required:
1.Degree in business, marketing or related field
2.Previous experience in developing brand strategies
3.Good communication skills, both verbal and written
4.Previous experience in managing and leading teams
5.Highly organised and perform well under pressure
6.Strong research and analytical skills
7.Proficiency in usage of branding tools like Adobe Lightroom, Hubspot Email signature generator, Piktochart, Wistia, Quordoba etc.
8.Creative in designing art works
