Roles and Responsibilities
- Team Building & Recruitment (Should bring 15-20 team members along)
- Training and motivating team members for achieving the set targets
- Targeting Business of 4X of their team cost
- Lead management
- Driving the input matrix
- Interaction and building PR with exiting and new developers for future business
- Respond to incoming e mail and Phone enquiries.
- Act as a contact between our company and its existing and potential markets.
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals.
Desired Candidate Profile
Stability Working with current company with more than 2 years
Experience: Min 3 to 4 years into sales
Qualification: Graduation (Required)
Age Criteria - Max 30 years
Candidate's current location and preferred location for work should be Mumbai.
