Job Description

We require a RSM for Telangana & AP based at Hyderabad for new FMCG confectionery company.

Position: RSM

Area: Telangana & A.P

The company is the manufacturer of Confectionery products for more than 15 years

They now want to launch the product in retail Distribution in South India.

The candidate should be capable of creation of Distribution network and sales Team.

HQ: HYDERABAD

1. Age should be around 45 Years.
2. Education: MBA from reputed University.
3. Must have worked as RSM with minimum 5 Years experience from the confectionery companies.
4. Must be very familiar in Telangana & A.P.

5. Should be Very strong in Sales-distribution-managing Distributor Network with very good team management Skill.
6.Should have knowledge and experience in sales process /systems-Communication- Presentation- Analytical- Problem solving- Leadership qualities.
Salary is not a constraint for deserving candidates.
