Job description:
As a recruiter role involves End End recruitment from initial screening,Co-ordination
of Interview, Negotiation, on boarding, Follow up with the candidate and closing the
position.
Provide full lifecycle recruiting support
Experience in working for Contract, hire to contract &
Interact with different branches on a daily basis to understand the priorities for the day
and set the expectations based upon the resource availability.
Having a pool of skilled active and passive candidates
Keeping in touch with potential future employees
Keeping in touch with Client to get the feedback for the candidates
Coordinating with constant interaction with the candidate to make sure the drop out ratio
at the interview stage is less
Responsible for generating Weekly report and Monthly MIS for the Management.
Prepare reports to help projections of every individual performances and expectations to
help in time to time review and follow-up.
Work closely with recruiters on areas of development, coaching on recruiting techniques
and focus on continuous improvement.
