Job Description

• Responsible for the overall Target of the Hub/Outlet.
• Handle a team of walk-in executives, tele-callers and Inventory Team.
• Keep a keen eye on sales closure and resolve any issues within / across teams (across pre-sales, during sales or post-sales).
• Train and coach the team on customer dealings / how to make them more effective / efficient.
• Ensure that processes are being followed properly with no exceptions.
