Job Description
Looking for candidate with an in-depth knowledge of Ecommerce market place, Position will be responsible for eCommerce Back-end Operations for Online Shopping Portal.
Role: Experienced
Work Location: Perungudi, Chennai
Shift: UK and US Shift
Education: Any Degree & Graduation is Must
Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 5,00,000 P.A

Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for all e-commerce activities - Online Cataloging, Products listing, Order processing, dispatch and delivery
- Processing Inventory and catalog Management (Single and bulk Listing)
- Manage listings on various marketplaces and listings for new products, modifying and updating listings as per latest trend and competitor analysis and optimizing listings to generate sales.
- Comparison of prices and products listing from other competitive websites.
- Analyze performance data and optimize marketing campaigns to ensure they are continuously bringing quality traffic while maintaining a strong ROI.
- Monitor and analyse product performance on a particular marketplace, keywords analysis, rankings and ratings and provide recommendations to enhance reviews and rankings and understand and implement SEO best practices.
- Use appropriate software tools for in-depth analysis of marketplace.
- Work with our graphics and content teams to enhance product descriptions and images for optimal performance, improving page rank and sales.
- Monitoring of sales, catalog, promotions, returns, refund, customer issues, and update accounts, replacement processes etc
- Maintain up-to-the-minute knowledge of marketplace selling policies and code of conduct and ensure all accounts remain in compliance.
- Standardize and document daily processes with respect to orders, dispatch and stock maintenance.
- Should be knowledgeable in online transactions and payment gateway troubleshooting
- Should Handle customer enquiry through calls and email, coordinating with vendors for stock maintenance
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate with a minimum of 1 year of Ecommerce experience or training in any Ecommerce Marketplace
- Demonstrated knowledge of E-Commerce Associate, Online sales, SEO etc,.
- Expert knowledge of MS Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible to work in UK and US shifts
