Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • The incumbent will play a strategic, financial and operational thought leadership driven role along with the management team .
  • The role will work very closely with multiple stake holders such as Capability Leaders, Industry leaders, Regional Finance Controllers, Region FP&A head & Business Operations.
  • The candidate would be closely working with senior business operation / delivery leaders on business plans, delivery actions and supporting finance decision making.
  • Business partnering - work closely with company leaders to develop financial forecasts and operational goals, apply business judgment and financial insights to assist with decision-making

Role Description ( Sr Professional : Finance)

  • Ownership of specific Financial node under AMS service line based on offering /specific capability group which can be a L5 Node . (Direct cost management of ~75-100Mn per year)
  • Drive forecast & close process of the specific node
  • work very closely with multiple stake holders such as Capability Leaders, Industry leaders, Regional Finance Controllers, Region FP&A head & Business Operations
  • Coordinate with delivery leaders & take inputs, have discussion on Cost forecast, & budgets.
  • preparation & load of forecast numbers in to SIFT tool.
  • Do analysis of cost reporting, variance analysis, report of month close numbers to delivery leaders/ finance leaders.
  • Monthly & Qtrly Finance book closure activities .
  • Support processing of manual JVs, Accruals, Amortisations, prepaid expenses review, CCOW PO management .
  • Cost Centre creation, Cost entre change request, WBS code mapping for cross charge to Account
  • Residual management (tracking & work towards better utilization)
  • Utilization analysis, Tracking of Cost optimization plans, support to drive value attainment plans of delivery .
  • Support Business leaders for Monthly business Reviews
  • Annual Budget preparation & submission
  • Adhoc analysis on the financial node

Education and Work Experience: -

CA / CPA / CIMA / ICWA with 6-8 yrs plus experience in FP&A / Financial Analysis in the finance department of a services org (preferably IT Services Org).
