Job Description
- You will develop GUI visuals that is branded, innovative, while facilitating a useful interactive experience and support GUI design for multiple projects at the same time
- Research, explore, and communicate expertise, designs and issues with peers, customers and development teams
- Be service oriented and able to present, explain and sustain designs to partners
- Consistently advocate for the users interests by verifying the design align with standard usability principles and project constraints
- Define visual language and standards to create the application style guides for developers
- Develop and sign off on creative estimates and ensure high quality execution of all results leading brainstorming sessions for guide and mentor team members, freelancers and external studios as needed
- Establish art development process and systems; Find opportunities for improvement
- Experience in designing user interfaces for various channels (e.g. tablet, mobile, web, desktop, TV)
- Knowledge and experience in relevant standards and tools
- Strong UI/UX experience creating interfaces for complex interactive products
- Customer-facing experience - ability to present the design solution using various methods (presentations, demos, and so on)
- Credentials- Design school graduate, preferably a specialization in Interaction Design or equivalent
