Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Should be able to analyze requirements and design solutions.
2. Should be able to read and understand entity relationship diagrams/object sequence diagrams etc.
3. Works on problems of highly complex scope, through expert usage of non-standard concepts & principles requiring high levels of judgment & interpretation.
4. Works as a guide and sets directions for medium d projects of reasonable complexity.
5. Has good understanding of estimation techniques and planning the work assignments for junior members, can perform impact analysis.
6. May be expected to lead a small team of developers.
7. Responsible for contributing to the system design for small to medium projects.
8. Applies own judgment to independently determine a course of action, which is then executed by project teams.
9. Role is capable of finding out new methods and processes to approach complex situations in the respective area(s) of expertise.
10. Requires extensive knowledge of multiple development technologies/ expert knowledge of one technology.
11.Expected to continue to build upon domain knowledge and technical/ proprietary skills to reach levels of expertise, while adapting 12.standard principles to new or changed conditions in day to day work.
13.Has the ability to respond to detailed queries.
14.May be called upon to advise Sr. Management on specialized technical issues.
15.Responsible for coaching, guiding and mentoring junior members in the team to help them scale up faster.
16.Would be responsible for implementing organizational processes such as quality processes for the project/relationship
17.Assist in collecting project status and issues/risks
18.May provide inputs on appraisals, feedback to employees and handling work allocations.
