Job Description

Responsibilities
1. Coding, debugging, unit testing and documenting.
2. Adhering to the timelines and escalate issues proactively.
3. Participating in defect prevention, knowledge sharing & metrics discussion related activities.
4. Following a systematic method and work within an established process as defined in PMP (Project Management Plan).
5. Knowledge of Software development life cycle (SDLC).
6. Works to improve his/her own efficiency.
7. Knowledge of writing flow charts, designing codes, debugging & conducting unit test in compliance with standards.
8. Has acquired basic understanding on customer/business partner defined processes and projects specific processes.
9. Works under high supervision/ guidance with frequent review of accomplished objectives.
10. Requires theoretical knowledge of programming languages.
11. Expected to learn on the job towards developing domain knowledge along with technical/proprietary skills.
12. Develop Effective Speaking, Writing and Listening Skills.
13. Report progress/status in a timely and accurate manner.
14. Accurately report time.
15. Learn and Adhere to organization policies and standards.
