Global Project:
- Ensure clear understanding and communication of the Global HR projects to the Office Managers of the APAC & MEA region
- Ensure all global projects are timely tracked and ensure the Office Managers are driving the same at the local level
- Responsible for tracking successful closure of the projects
- Educate the APAC & MEA Office Managers on projects, timelines, expectations and follow up on the same
- Assist the SHRBP to run these projects at MEA and APAC region
- Provide update of the projects to the Global HR team
Recruitment/Onboarding:
- Support hiring as needed
- Guide on salary benchmarking for junior level roles at India
- Administer UltiPro(HRIS) recruiting module by coordinating and approving all job postings for the region
- Guide recruiters of the region on the best practices and Ultipro training
- Monitor India recruiter and ensure timely closure of the positions. Get involved when required
- Keep track of manager and candidate satisfaction with recruiting process
- Suggest process improvement and best practices
Performance Management:
- Handle queries of employees to help them set goals on the HRIS tool (Ultipro)
- Lead discussion with MEA & APAC offices for performance; as needed
- Prepare appraisal Letters
Employee Engagement & Development:
- Be the first point of contact for APAC & MEA Office Managers for any general concerns
- Bring the employee concern/grievance at the notice of SHRBP and assist with documentation and information
- Suggest surveys, pulse on the floor for different teams to the management and SHRBP
- Drive HR initiatives at employee level
Compliance:
- Ensure all local compliances are being adhered
- Highlight the relevant team as per the compliance timeline for renewal of contracts
- Should be aware of the internal ELM tool and have the knowledge to work on it
- Assist SHRBP to drive HR audits
- Regularly audit the HR tasks performed by the local HR team
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 4-6 years general HR
- Working knowledge of APAC & MEA regions
- MBA HR preferred
- Experience with HRIS preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to solve problems and find solutions independently, with others, and to lead by example
- Must be able to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information, issues and events
- Ability to operate with a sense of urgency
- Ability to partner and work effectively with all levels of an organization
