HR Manager Cum US IT Recruiter @ Axtechnosoft

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based projects/clients.
Sourcing from various Job Portals Viz. (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn).
Good experience in working on a Contract, Corp 2 Corp, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) position.
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status.
Proactively building resume database for upcoming/highly potential requirements. Sending on-boarding requirements sent to new consultants after an offer is accepted
Sending and collecting standard on-boarding forms such as I9, W2, Offer Letters, Non-Compete, Equipment Policy, etc.
Responsible for issuing and collecting client specific documents and uploading into client VMS tools such as Beeline and Fieldglass
Responsible for ordering and collecting confidential background and drug screen information
Experience with background check tools such as Sterling, HireRight, First Advantage, OrangeTree or similar service.
Maintain Employee Data and Contact Information for Indian and US payroll employees.
Review documents and determine if they meet required standards
Communicate with new consultants on the phone and through email
Answer and direct all questions from new consultants in a timely manner
Communicate updates to appropriate sales team and HR team
Provide daily updates on status of pending onboarding items
Ability to onboard larger volumes of candidates at one time while maintaining accuracy.
Required Candidate profile:
Experienced in recruiting for IT positions like Microsoft Dynamics,Salesforce, Business Centrall, Product Managers, Integrators,Developer,DevOps, Cloud Technologies, Quality Analyst, Project Managers, etc.
Well versed with various visas (H1, OPT, EAD, etc.) and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
Negotiating & finalizing salary/ rate/ hour aspects (W2 & Corp-Corp) with US Citizens, GC, EAD. etc.
Experience with JobDiva
Experience with Background Check tools such as Sterling and HireRight
Understanding of US & Indian labor laws and employee eligibility for work. Updated about technologies of the client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends.
