Hexaware Technologies is hiring professionals for Communication Trainer for International process _ Nagpur

Working hours - US Shifts

Weekends fixed OFF

Delivering Communication Trainings to employees .

Observes service behaviour of employees and provides feedback to individuals and managers

Evaluating Training Programs Effectiveness

Measures transfer of learning from training courses to the operation

Identifies performance gaps and works with managers to develop and implement appropriate training to improve performance

Establishes guidelines so employees understand expectations and parameters. Develops specific training to improve service performance

Training Throughput - Percentage of people hitting the floor after meeting the effectiveness criteria

Monthly Product Knowledge Assessment on floor

Refresher training with efficiency mapping

Requirements -

2-4 years of prior training experience in the communication training space/domain from a BPO in international process

Excellent Communication skills
