Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

To ensure that the monthly HRP (Human Resource Planning) of the assigned vertical to be done within due TAT.
To carry out the talent acquisition as per the pre-decided manpower requirements.
To carry out the negotiation with the candidates
To facilitate the joining of the candidate and provide the desired assistance at the time of joining.
To maintain daily reports related to talent acquisition.
To perform other HR activities as assigned by the supervisor.
Recruitment Marketing team by different marketing tools
Source and find candidates qualified for open positions.
Keeps management informed by preparing reports, interpreting information, making recommendations.
Support operation team to achieve the target.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelors Degree in any field
More than 1 year of experience will get preference.
Must be enthusiastic and initiator
Experience of using social sites (Facebook, Naukri, Linkedin, Indeed etc.)
