Our client is a non-profit based, foundational-learning-driven startup. They aim to strengthen the millions of young, low-income kids by giving them access to age-appropriate learning, at home as well as in school. Their focus is on a systemic change that impacts all communities, empowering the parents of the future generation through innovation, trust, empathy and action. They manage to keep the parents engaged in school activities, provide teacher training and assistance, while creating play-based content in local language.

Based out of Delhi, the team is led by prominent leaders from Tech, Education, Government, Media as well as Finance, bring in their vast experience and their deep understanding of this sector. The Harvard and IIM alumni founders are currently working with the governments in 3 states connecting to over 10000 schools and more than a lakh students.

As a Senior Software Developer, you will work directly with our CTO to develop cutting-edge technology that will create impact at scale.

What you will do:

Ensuring Project management, designing, creating and leading the development of new technologies
Discovering and fixing programming bugs
Understanding the needs of the team and deliver above expectations
Leading and mentoring a small team of 2-3 developers

Desired Candidate Profile

What you need to have:

Experience with software development
3-6 years work experience in software development roles
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
Experience with Laravel PHP, SQL Server, Python, HTML CSS, JavaScript, NodeJS, Kubernetes, Python
Communication, Design and Leadership skills
