Core Experience:
- Lead team of size 3 or more
- Designed and implemented enterprise grade software product in Java
- Strong hands-on experience on Java
- Used GIT and Maven
Preferred additional working experience on some of the below:
- Big Data - Apache Spark, Apache Kafka and Apache HBase
- AWS - EMR, RedShift, Athena, Glue, DynamoDB, S3
- Azure - ADLS, HDInsight, PowerBI
- GCP - GCS, DataProc, PubSub, BigTable and Big Query
- Databricks, Snowflake, StarBurst PrestoDB
- Dockers and Kubernetes
Job Responsibilities:
- Build enterprise grade product using some of the following
- Core Java
- Cloud native services
- Leverage Docker and Kubernetes
- Design complex software solution
- Assign tasks to team members and manage them
- Mentor juniors in the team
- Work with QA and help them testing
- Work with Technical Writer and help them documenting the features you have developing
- Help support team to resolve issues raised by end customers of the product
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software development using Java and/or Cloud Services. Out of which minimum 2 years as technical lead.
