Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Please pass on this requirement if you think A Recruiter don't need to learn technology, We aren't looking for someone with X number of years experience in to Recruitment life cycle (Contracts, Account management, Team lead, Sales, knowledge in immigration) without good technical understanding of projects.
We are looking for someone with good understanding of technology who can communicate with the candidates about the projects and ideally screen them to understand what they did and what they can deliver.
Understanding of professional services vs Consulting Service; Architect vs Solution Architect; Inside Sales Vs Presales; POC and Solutioning is needed.

Experience Needed:
- Project Hiring in must (Ideally Cloud/ API Management / Data Virtualization)
- Experience in gathering / Drafting requirements from direct clients and through vendor management portals.
- SDLC understanding is required
- Project coordination is also needed.
- Ability to prioritize multiple functions , tasks and manage work time efficiently.
- Strong team player and a lead with positive mind set to drive results from the team
- Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment, open to learn technology.
We consider these as basics for the Job
- Good experience in working with consultants on various visas (H1B, GC, US Citizens, OPT, etc.,)
- Worked on Various Tax Terms W2, C2C, 1099
- Excellent knowledge in Sourcing (LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, Career Builder).
- Good command in verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Experience working on ATS.
