Job Brief:
We are looking for a Collections Specialists in India who can attend to Patient calls related Billing queries and make outbound calls to Patients on the voice mails received. This would be work from home job and candidates should have their own laptops/Computers and Internet. Candidates should be open to get few Information Security related software installed in their computers as the data on which candidates will work is highly confidential.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Call to Patients on the assigned accounts to understand by when Payments on the outstanding amount will be made.
- Develop effective repayment plans ( with mutual discussion and agreement with the supervisor)
- Follow-up with patients on overdue accounts.
- Research and implement effective collection techniques.
- Perform all administrative duties related to ensuring office efficiency.
- Create weekly/monthly collection reports to gauge the progress made.
- Respond to Patient queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Raise exceptions wherever required for the client/supervisor to review before taking any final decision
- Follow the Training Manual and what was taught during training sessions to avoid unnecessary errors Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
- Experience in Patient calling is preferred however not must for the job.
- Should be able to empathize with Patients, active listener and should be able to facilitate in providing solutions
- Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
- Detail orientation, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Should be a quick learner with ability to learn new tools.
- Must have ability to multitask and work under pressure with minimum supervision.
