Designation AR- Sr. Technical Support Executive
Shift Timings 24 / 7
Experience 1 year as TL in IT Field (Must) and overall experience on the same field should be 3 years

Should be from Computer Science contextual (UG / PG / Both)
3-year prior experience in the same field or any IT related industry (Must)
Networking skills to perform remote troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose incidents
Excellent Skills of Linux operating system, Bash command language / scripting, JSON format, SQL Database, APIs (handling, troubleshooting), Electronics fundamentals
and .NET programming
Excellent / Good communication in English Read, Write and Speak
Hands on experience SQL / Python / Coding / QA / Testing etc.(SQL is must)
Excellent in Debugging (Scenarios such as App, DB, Real Time Analysis etc.)
Quick Learner Self Learning
Providing prompt and accurate process related reports
Participating on all official meetings
Interactions with Managers / Clients / Management
Excellent in Analytical Skills
Flexible in working hours at any given time
Implementing new initiatives and innovative ideas
Constantly looking for ways to improve processes
Task & Decision-Making Competency is required to ensure that SLA is achieved with high quality and zero errors
Providing prompt and accurate process related reports
Adhering to set standards and procedures
Will be reporting to Team Leader
Salary As per company remuneration
