MANAGE US PHYSICIAN'S DOCUMENTATION, ELECTRONICALLY
LISTEN TO PHYSICIAN PATIENT INTERACTION AND COMPREHEND THE CONVERSATION
SUMMARIZE THE HEALTH RECORD TO REFLECT PATIENT'S PROBLEM AND PHYSICIAN'S PLAN
CATEGORIZE THE DISCUSSION TO DIFF CHART NOTES

Skills Required :

Should have a good knowledge in Anatomy & Physiology
Candidate should have good understanding skill
Coders will be involved in Coding charts of different specialties
Ability to multi-task Willingness to be a team player and show initiative where needed.
