Job Description: IT Sales
- Semi-Tech inbound voice process
- Excellent English communication skills
- Responsible for effectively handling customer queries.
- Able to work independently and is pro-active.
- Should be able to multi-task during customer handling. (Type & Talk)
- Maintaining Consistent Productivity and consistently achieving assigned goals
- Pro-active and should carry a positive attitude
- Helping the customer with their query and pitch in for our products and services
- Ability to handle clients professionally during all interfaces.
- Meet call Quality requirements as outlined via Call Monitoring Guidelines, excellent growth opportunities.
- International Tele Sales experience will be advantage.
