PLUMBING & FIRE FIGHTING DESIGN ENGINEER

EXPERIENCE:

• Min 1 to 3 years

FIRE FIGHRING:

• Has to prepare the Design basis reports for the fire systems with the help of NBC/IS/NFPA/FM standards.
• Prepare the P & IDs for the Fire hydrant, FAS, PAS.
• Prepare the 2D detailed engineering drawings as per NBC/IS/NFPA/FM standards.
• Prepare the Fire water demand, hydraulic & pump head calculations.
• Prepare the Fire water sump sizing & drawings.
• Prepare the detail bill of quantities for the fire
• Vendor Drawing Review, Technical Liaison with Vendors, Interaction with Clients & Contractors.

PLUMBING:

• Has to prepare the Design basis reports for the Plumbing, Effluent drain, Rain water/Storm water systems with the help of NBC/IS/IPC standards.
• Prepare the P & IDs for the Plumbing, sewage & industrial process drains.
• Prepare the 2D detailed engineering drawings as per NBC/IS/IPC standards.
• Rain water calculations & drain sizing.
• STP and Septic tank, soak pit design.
• Effluent drain management & routing to ETP. ETP design.
• Fixture load calculations & Pipe sizing for the plumbing & sewage drains.
• Prepare the water demand, hydraulic & pump head calculations.
• Prepare the detail bill of quantities for the Plumbing & sewage, Storm water, Process Effluent
• Vendor Drawing Review, Technical Liaison with Vendors, Interaction with Clients & Contractors

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Good at Auto-CAD drafting.
• Good communication skills
• Good at MS-Excel,Word,Powe point
• Industrial projects exposure
