Experience: 3-6 years in Residential Property management
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Qualification: Graduate in any stream
Candidates staying in Western Line preferred.
Note: Contractual Job ( 1 year Contract)
Job description:
- Worked in residential premises.
- Must have managed Helpdesk for a residential society.
- Must have hands-on experience of helpdesk software.
- Strong Follow-up, Vendor Coordination, General Administration,
- Good in documentation and reports- MIS reports - Daily, weekly, monthly
- Eye for details, Vendor Coordination, ISO documentation, Email Communication
- Take the queries from the customer and solve the concern.
- Act as a coordinator between the clients and facility department
