Full Stack Senior Software Engineer - PHP/Java/Python (3-5 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities : - Software Architecture, Design, and Development (75%) :

- Engage with users, product managers, and engineering leads to refine feature requirements.

- Design, implement, test, document, and deploy quality code, using agile processes.

- Be a champion of a dynamic, quality-centric culture, in which rapid iteration and continuous improvement are basic values; foster a collaborative, customer-focused, engineering environment.

- Embrace new technologies, as appropriate, to continuously improve products.

- Become the subject matter expert for all of Navya's PHP web applications, and work with the team to enhance these critical applications, using new emerging technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities(continued) Coaching and Mentoring (25%):-

- As a senior software engineer, set an example of best practices for other team members.

- Demonstrate how the principles of collaboration, ownership, and accountability lead to high quality results.

- successfully motivate and inspire team to improve and achieve outstanding results.

- Assist senior management in coaching and development of junior team members; help identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency.

Required Qualifications :

- 3 to 5 years working on multiple - full stack- web applications, with expertise in PHP.

- Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Understanding of complete SDLC; experience with agile methodologies.

- Working knowledge of at least one modern language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, Scala, C#, C++, etc.).

- Working knowledge of at least one SQL database (e.g., etc.).

- Strong written and oral communication skills.

- Computer Science or Engineering degree from an excellent university program.

Additional Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with modern JavaScript libraries/frameworks (e.g., ReactJS, AngularJS, etc.).

- Experience with at least one NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB, etc.).
