Job Description
- Working with product/solution development and come up with solution design of SDI solution
- Drive innovation and demonstrate thought leadership and bring first-to-market differentiation in the solution offerings
- Representing HPE in various demos, showcasing NFVi PoCs, customer engagements and on-site customer meetings as necessary
- Very strong communication skills both written and verbal. Must be able to develop complete solutions, get partner and BU buy-ins, build sponsorship and drive tactical execution. Demonstrate technical leadership and innovation on a consistent basis
- Quick learner. Team player. Strong drive. Self-starter. Willing to take a leadership role in driving initiatives, working across organizations and structuring approaches to new opportunities.
- Mandatory Skills
- Relevant experience 6+ years in following areas,
- Hands-on expertise in design and development of containerized Micro-services based solutions and related management technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and open APIs/protocols- Redfish, Netconf, SwordFish, RESTful APIs- for coming up with solutions for Software Defined Infrastructure based deployment of telco data center
- Product/application development using Programing languages/ tools/ frameworks/ databases such as ( Python, Ansible, Apache Kafka, Redis), experience using Agile methodologies and CI/CD techniques and tools
- Product User Interface development using Django, jQuery, HTML, CSS
- Deep technical understanding of Switching and Routing (TCP/IP, XML, SOAP, HTTP) including their trends and challenges.
- Strong background of HPE and/or other vendors' Servers, Networking, Storage infrastructure
- Very good communication skills both written and verbal
- Quick learner, Team player, Strong drive, Self-starter
- Must be able to work effectively in a geographically-distributed teams including technical writers, vendors and partners
- Good to have OpenStack knowledge
