We are currently hiring for Team leader/Assistant Manager/Manger Operation (BPO)

We need Candidate with good communication with banking background Experience.

Education: Graduation

Industry: BPO/ITES

Experience:

Team Leader - Minimum 1 Year Experience as Team leader on paper.

Assistant Manager- Minimum 1 Year Experience as Assistant Manager on Paper.

Manager/Sr Manager-Minimum 3 Year Experience As Manager/Sr Manager on Paper.

Key Skills:

• Candidate should have experience in BPO Voice process Preferable from Banking Process.
• Good Knowledge of MS Excel and Powerpoint.
• Candidate should able to highlight the observation with daily, Weekly and Montly Production data.
• Should able to communicate to the client & coordinate with Manager as and when required
• Preferable Candidate has to join immediately
• Candidate must be target oriented and should be good decision maker and quick learner.

JD for Manager/Sr.Manager - Ops:

• Any Graduate or Post Graduate with minimum 5 years of experience working as a Manager or Sr.Manager for any reputed Domestic BPO Companies or Bank/NBFC handling Collections or Sales process
• Candidate must have handled minimum 100 FTE
• Candidate must be independent in driving the process, performance, people and client
• Candidate must have exposure in handling P&L
• Candidate must possess excellent communication in English and should be very good in building client relationship
• Candidate must be at minimum capacity of Manager level & above
• Candidate must have thorough understanding of Call Center tools like dialer, CRM, Quality tools, concepts Collection or sales metrics
• Candidate must have good track record of performance and should have proven capabilities of building a team and performance
• Candidate must have high proficiency in Excel and PPT skills
• Candidate must be self-driven and independent in designing the Telecalling strategy
• Candidate must be target oriented and should be good decision maker and quick learner.
