Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Performance Tracking and monitoring

Track and monitor KPIs of all technicians for evaluating performance

Responsible for reskilling / up skilling based on the evaluation outcomes

Conduct refresher program for bottom performers on periodic basis

2. Execution Excellence & Customer Satisfaction

Ensure execution as per established quality norms within defined SLAs

Ensure the FTR norms are overachieved across the area of responsibility

Act as support/guide, in case of level up trouble shooting cases for closure within TAT to ensure customer delight

Establish connect and rapport with HNI customers

3. Sourcing of Technician Pool

Responsible for tie up with target colleges

Responsible for creating optimum technician pool availability

Proactively create technician pipeline for expansion for replacement requirement on going basis

4. Technician training & Certification

Conduct training for technician as per company norms

Certify technician upon successful completion of training based on evaluation parameters finalized

Impart hands on practical training in field through planned OJTs

Implement buddy program for freshly certified technicians

Job Mandate

1. Ensuring flawless (Zero defect) execution of home connect activity

2. Establishing and maintaining training facility and infra

3. Ownership of SLA delivery and customer satisfaction

4. Sourcing and training of technicians, Classroom as well as on the job in field

5. Mentoring and guiding technicians on the job

Education: Diploma (Engineering) /BE / B.Tech (Preferably in ECE/ Telecommunication/ IT/ CS)
