Roles and Responsibilities.Studying the technical details and drawings of client and filling the PIS on time to enter the
enquiry into the system
ii. To Study and to understand the requirement of client w.r.t specification, architectural
drawings.
iii. To process enquiry through QIS in estimation
iv. To analyse estimate, proposal drawings, w.r.t client requirement, specs
v. To prepare techno commercial offer
vi. To submit the offer act as an consultant for optimum solution
vii. To match understanding of client as well as estimate engineer with optimum solution
viii. To prepare job entry documents, to collect advance and signed order copy & timer line
from client
ix. To prepare JAF
x. To Process PIS and job documents to CSD
xi. To monitor the job stages based on agreed mile stone
xii. To complete approval activity, to collect payment based on agreed time line
xiii. To interact with client, CSD, Construction for day to day activities, Queries, confirmations
w.r.t Agreed time lines
Desired Candidate ProfileMust have 6 to 11 yrs of experience in PEB/ Structural Steel Sales
