Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Proficiency of understanding of telecom industry standards such as GSMA, 3GPP, NGOSS, eTOM, ETSI, ONAP, TOSCA and MEF with advanced proficiency in one or two of the standards.
- Basic understanding of new technologies such Cloud computing, Artificial Intelligence, NFV, SDN, IoT, as to how the applications function, integrated and deployed in a customer environment.
- Ability to drive solution shaping discussions with customers and delivery organization based on business user requirements and other relevant info.
- Ability to guide and shape customer vision for next generation solutions for networks in alignment with TM Forum and other industry leading bodies.

- Lead the solution design throughout the project lifecycle and be accountable for solution integrity.
- Gain insight into customers environment, challenges, and opportunities in order to propose areas where Amdocs products and solutions can add value.
- Ensure proposed solution reflects Amdocs value proposition and competitive advantage.
- Maintain deep knowledge of industry and technology trends, standards, and competition in order to identify business opportunities based on domain market dynamics.
- Share and communicate end-to-end solutions (orally and in writing) to executives, business sponsors, and technical resources.
- Design cost effective solution that maximizes value to the customer and considers constraints such as budget, timelines, local market, and meeting customer requirements
- Guide various product experts with regard to the solution.
- Create and support proof of concept (POC)/demos and present solutions to client.
- Provide ongoing feedback to product management for delivery of best practices.
- Focus on driving network led solutions with exposure to OSS, Assurance, CEM, NFV opportunities.
All you need is
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Total Experience - 8 to 15 years
- Proven experience in defining customer requirements and solutions and project implementation.
- Customer-facing experience. Able to articulate a scenario where an Amdocs/third party solution is used and how it provides value to the customer.
- Versatility to discuss wide range of technical and business knowledge with relevant solution framework and end-to-end business processes.
- Knowledge of telecom industry, relevant technical reference architectures, delivery frameworks and standards e.g. SDLC, eTOM, MEF, 3GPP, ETSI, TMF.
- Experienced in Telecom domain (BSS / OSS), Digital, Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills to drive a cross-functional and cross-boundary organization.
- Proven experience in defining customer requirements, solutions, and project implementation.
- Solid knowledge on telco network, OSS and integration of network elements to surrounding systems PCRF, IN, BSS, OSS, Service Assurance, etc.
