Designation: Technical Recruiter
Experience: 1 to 6 Years
Location: Remote till Covid then onsite Noida sector-63 - 4 positions;
Serving - Implementation Partners & Tier One Vendors;

MUST HAVE -
Min 1 Year to 6 years as a Technical Recruiter in US IT Recruitment.
Experience working on W2-contract and 1099-Contracts and C2C posiions
Expertise in sourcing Citizens and GCs in USA via all possible sourcing channels
very strong on serving corp-corp requirements from Implementation Partners and Tier one Vendors
Strong network of supplier to support sub-vending activities
Experience working on bulk requirements from Implementation Partners and ability to close them in least possible time.
Would be responsible to manage the entire recruitment process with support of his lead Rate Negotiation, BGC, Paperwork,
Can work with very less of No supervision on complex positions
Hands on experience sourcing from Linkedin and Social Networking Sites
