• Trainer will be responsible for conducting product & process training
• Identify the gaps in sales/product process trainings
• Work closely with sales team and stake holders to identify challenges & provide customized solutions to improve productivity

Essential Qualification

• Must have atleast 1-3 yrs of experience into sales & training, out of which minimum 1 year of experience into agrotech /agroproduct sales is mandatory
• Must have background into agriculture related product sales industry and good understanding about agriculture business
• Should have excellent command over selling skills, consultative (concept) selling, persuation skills, and soft skills
• Should be open for travelling , classroom trainer led training , on the job training/ coaching
• Fluent in local langauge
