We having opening for Business Development Executive and Tele Marketing Executive
Roles and Responsibilities
- Build good Working relationship among Brokers and Clients
- Cold Calling
- Property Visit, Client Visit
- Getting deals done and closures - Achieve Targets
- Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
- Advise on forth coming product developments and discuss special promotions to the brokers
- Responsible for retaining and expanding the company's base of customers for Mortgage, Home Loan, LAP (Loan Against Property) and facilitate Sales closure.
- Business development and sourcing of home loan customers from various channel partners and Sales force.
- Develop relationship with Builders, Realtors, CA, DSA and corporates to leverage business.
Desired Candidate Profile
For Tele marketing - should be having minimum 6 months of experience into Loan sales
For BDE - Good communication skills
