Job Description

We having opening for Business Development Executive and Tele Marketing Executive


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Build good Working relationship among Brokers and Clients
  • Cold Calling
  • Property Visit, Client Visit
  • Getting deals done and closures - Achieve Targets
  • Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
  • Advise on forth coming product developments and discuss special promotions to the brokers
  • Responsible for retaining and expanding the company's base of customers for Mortgage, Home Loan, LAP (Loan Against Property) and facilitate Sales closure.
  • Business development and sourcing of home loan customers from various channel partners and Sales force.
  • Develop relationship with Builders, Realtors, CA, DSA and corporates to leverage business.

Desired Candidate Profile

For Tele marketing - should be having minimum 6 months of experience into Loan sales

For BDE - Good communication skills
