3 Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for sim activations at retail outlets and meet the defined targets
- Drive Revenue Market Share by increasing retail width and product availability
- Manage Channel partners, Field Sales Executives and their productivity
- Strengthen distribution by increasing Recharge Selling Outlets, SIM Selling Outlets
- Ensure distributors / retailers maintain adequate stocks of company products and merchandise
- Train and ensure required manpower at distributors for desired productivity.
- Drive basic distribution parameters
- Gather and monitor competition plans, policies, best practices, initiatives and their reporting to concerned.
Propose certain requirements to push for better visibility in the territory

Education: Graduation degree in any discipline
