Desired Candidate Profile
- Responsible for the overall revenue and profitability of the Online and Classroom Centre
- Create annual and three year business plan
- Handle a team of 20 people to manage operational activities such as batch scheduling,Counseling, faculty co-ordination etc.
- Work with marketing team for lead generation & HR department to enlist trainers.
- Track and monitor students performance and success and in case of deviation, device a plan to Improve it.
- Identify the requirements of new products in coordination with the Product Team.
Qualifications:
Post Graduate from a reputed college
Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience from Education Industry/Banking or Insurance/Broking Industry Experience:
Revenue responsibility / Sales in an online business
E-learning sector experience will be a plus
