Roles and Responsibilities
- Handling Business Development Activity & Supporting Elite Equity Group (HNI) to enhance Business & increasing productivity of vertical.
- Region Management & Driving Business for given product in coordination with Regional Heads, HNI Heads and Advisor.
- Driving Business by organizing Training and development sessions for Relationship managers/ Advisor, where the agenda is understanding of product, Targets and achievements and how to drive business for the given product from customers.
- Advisory- Equity, Derivatives, Currency, MF, TPD (MF, PMS, NCD, Bonds etc).
- Client Relationship Management, New Acquisitions, Retain and Add Fresh Relationship for better outcome of Vertical
- Visiting Branches & Regional office whenever require.
- Making & Implementing strategy for improvement of business
- Driving contest for motivating employees.
