Automate Implementation Specialist @ Continuum Managed

Job Description

'Resolution of partner issues through discovery, replication, resolution and overall professional and responsive problem or incident management
Document partner interactions, developed solutions and results in a clear and concise manner
Independently provides and implements custom solutions based on partner needs
Collaborate with team members to create complex LabTech scripts
Communicate status and resolution to partners and LabTech personnel in a factual, professional, timely and
consistent manner
Engages in the application of systems analysis of hardware or software for best practices per LabTech
technical documentation, and provides solutions based on diagnosis of the problem. Independently provides
and implements solutions based on partner and end user needs
Application of systems analysis procedures and consults with partners to determine their software and
systems functional applications
Analyze, test and modify partner LabTech environments based upon their unique design specifications and/or
computing environment
Responsible for ensuring complete partner satisfaction
Drives product improvements and enhancements on behalf of partners through automation
Seeks opportunities to develop and/or improve tools and processes to enhance LabTech Softwares
efficiency in resolving partner issues
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Ability to effectively lead and manage technical discussions internally and with partners
Ability to manage and present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
Meet posted metrics for performance'
