Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
We are a leading Recruitment Consultancy dealing in only High end multinational clients. We are operating from past more than 20 years. We work with some of the most well known leading brands in India. Our list of clients include leading multinational companies in IT, Banking, Telecom, Airlines, Analytics and other industries
If you wish to make a career in Recruitments and have some exposure to Recruitments (even a month) with exposure to working on Job portals like Naukri.com etc. having your own laptop, phone and internet connection then we would definitely like to talk to you.
We operate in a digital office environment 9.30 am to 6 pm and deliver on most exciting, high end positions of our multinational clients.
You will be involved in the end-to-end recruitment process which includes :
- Handling the recruitment process of sourcing till joining of the candidate.
- Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job portals etc.
- Source candidates by using databases, job portals, social media etc.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various methods to filter candidates.
- Arranging interviews and managing follow up process.
- High level of Coordination with the candidates and within the team.
- Act as a point of contact and build candidate relationships.
- Schedule interviews, understand client feedback and modify the screening and sourcing strategy according to the feedback.
- Salary Negotiation and hand holding the candidate till joining.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
