Job Description
- To handle the overall operations.
- Coordination with Insurer and Government departments.
Heading the profit centre i.e. with core focus of financials of project.
Ensuring smooth field level operations to support the scheme.
Preauthorization and claims adjudication as per policy terms with adherence to TATs.
Network hospital Empanelment activities
Ensuring smooth cashless services under scheme.
Fraud abuse control activities to prevent leakages.
Grievance handling and resolution.
Taking care of IEC activities to ensure promotion of scheme benefits.
Skill required:
1. Strong people management and client relationship management skills
2.Excellent communication skills written & spoken
3.Good at planning and making presentations
4.Ability to think out of the box and liaison- with multiple stakeholders
The candidate needs to have handled a team size of 100 plus people
5. Customer understanding & strong selling skills
6.Presentation skills
7. Relationship building
8. Any graduate/PG/MBA
9. 7 years to 15 years of Experience in relevant field Roles and Responsibilities
